Board of Directors Recruitment

Exim Dance Company is looking to recruit new board members to help drive and support the company moving forward as part of our organisational development phase. Our board plays an instrumental role in providing leadership, governance and sets the strategic direction for the company as well as monitoring the company’s aims and objectives. The board members play a key role in representing the company across the South West and across the UK.

The board of directors has the overall legal responsibility of Exim Dance – which is a Community Interest Company.

We are looking for board members who are genuinely interested in the communities of Plymouth and want to make positive and impactful change to people’s lives.
