U.Dance 2024 – South West Regional Platform
Exim Dance Company are proud to partner with One Dance UK to present U.Dance South West Regional festival for young people aged 11 to 19 (and disabled young people up to the age of 25) for the South West region in 2024.
The U.Dance South West events will offer an incredible opportunity to be part of showcases demonstrating the breadth of youth dance choreography and performance as well as the opportunity to attend workshops and career talks with leading dance professionals over the weekend.
The U.Dance South West regional events will take place:
Saturday 9th March 2024 at 7pm for the Peninsula Festival at The House on The University of Plymouth Campus.
Sunday 10th March 2024 at 7pm for the U.Dance South West regional platform at the Theatre Royal Plymouth.
U.Dance is a fully inclusive programme celebrating dance for and by young people. The festival goes above and beyond to champion the dance communities from across the South West region, showcasing their diverse talents and creating a platfrom from their growth and recognition. Dance in all its forms is eligible at U.Dance – whether you do hip hop/street dance styles, jazz, theatre styles, ballet, South Asian dance styles, contemporary dance, folk dance, you name it: U.Dance is for everyone!
