‘Make Amends Facilitator Training’

Two of Exim’s practitioners; Laura and Chloe took part in a 3-day Restorative Justice Facilitator Training with Make Amends as part of the Stronger North Stonehouse Project over March. The 3-day training was incredibly insightful and inspirational. A massive thank-you to Aisa and Charlotte from Make Amends for sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm around Restorative Justice!

We look forward to being able to put Restorative Justice into practice within our own projects.

Fit and Fed & Returning to Dance programmes.

As of April the 12th we were able to open the doors of our new shared space – Oxford House Creative Hub to young people for sessions.

Over the course of the week we welcomed new and existing young people to take part in free activities, which ranged from different styles of dance to wellbeing sessions, arts & crafts and conversations around healthy eating.

It was a truly humbling experience to witness so many of our young people engaging with our services, in our space once again!

Lastly, we want to say thanks to Plymouth City Council, Holiday Activity and Food Scheme #HAF2021 and Plymouth Ladies Charity Club for making all the above possible.
